An event production house from Bogor, since 2021.

The story

Everyday Production was founded in Bogor in September 2021, operated by PT Heptamedia Digital Indonesia. The first work was campus events around Bogor: photo and video documentation, then live streaming as events went hybrid.

The work widened from there. We started buying our own gear — cameras, a switcher, intercom, long cable runs — because renting it meant we could not vouch for its condition on the day. That same gear is now what we rent out.

The team is small and technical. The person who answers the WhatsApp message is the person who plans the camera positions. That is what lets one crew, one plan, and one invoice cover the whole technical layer of an event: stream, documentation, and gear.

In 2026 we launched Epro Tiket, the ticketing platform we built ourselves for event organisers. We do not only record events; we build the software for them too.
