Delivery Policy
Last updated 16 September 2026
This page covers how rental equipment is delivered and collected, what delivery costs, and when it arrives. The figures here are the same ones the rental list uses for its estimate and the same ones that price the Transport line on a quotation — one source, so the three cannot quote different rates.
Where an accepted quotation says something different from this page, the quotation applies. That is where the address, the dates and the delivery charge are written for your job rather than for jobs in general.
What we deliver
What physically travels is rental equipment: cameras, switchers, mixers, intercom, tripods, cable, and the cases they live in. Our own team delivers it in our own vehicle rather than through a courier, because production equipment should not change hands without someone signing for it.
Live streaming and documentation involve no shipment: the crew arrives on site with the gear at the rigging time written on the quotation. Crew travel is charged on the same basis as equipment delivery.
Files (photographs, video, streaming recordings) are delivered as a download link to the email address you gave us, not as a physical shipment. The deadline for them is on the quotation for that job.
Areas and charges
| Area | Delivery charge |
|---|---|
| Bogor & Jabodetabek | Rp0 (included in the rental price) |
| Outside Bogor & Jabodetabek | Rp5.000 per kilometre round trip, minimum Rp250.000 |
Distance is the shortest driving route from Jalan Raya Ciawi No. 8B, Kota Bogor to the delivery address you give us, doubled, because the vehicle goes out and comes back. That figure appears as a single Transport line on the quotation, so you can check it before agreeing to anything.
The Rp250.000 minimum applies to any trip outside Bogor & Jabodetabek. The reason is plainly a cost one: a vehicle, a driver and someone to hand the gear over are spent on any distance at all.
For a multi-day job where the equipment stays on site, delivery is charged once as a round trip rather than per day.
Worked example: delivery to Bandung, roughly 120 km each way. 120 km × 2 = 240 km, at Rp5.000 = Rp1.200.000. That is above the Rp250.000 minimum, so Rp1.200.000 is what is charged, and that is what the Transport line on the quotation says.
Delivery is inside the total
The estimate in the rental list adds equipment, delivery and VAT into one number. There is no longer an "excludes delivery" note under the total — a note like that leaves the total arguing with itself.
For an address inside Bogor & Jabodetabek the delivery line is Rp0 and the total is final on that component. For an address beyond it, the charge is worked out from the address you give us and appears on the quotation, because the distance cannot be calculated until the address is known.
Every quotation containing rental equipment must carry a Transport line, including when it is zero. That is enforced in our system rather than merely intended: a rental quotation without a delivery line cannot be issued at all.
When it arrives
The delivery date is printed on the quotation as "Delivery", and it is repeated on the screen once your payment reaches us. If your quotation has no such date, it means we have not agreed one with you — ask before paying.
Delivery and rigging happen during working hours, Monday to Saturday, 09:00–18:00 WIB. A morning event usually means the gear is delivered the day before for load-in, and that earlier day is what the delivery date says, not the event date.
Delivery outside working hours, on a Sunday, or on a public holiday is possible when agreed in advance, and is charged as its own line on the quotation.
On handover
What needs to be in place
- Someone authorised to receive the equipment and sign for it
- Vehicle access to the unloading point at the agreed time
- A lockable room or area if the equipment stays overnight
- Adequate mains power where we need it, for units that are power-tested at handover
Equipment is checked together at handover: case contents, physical condition, and a power test for the units that need one. Once the handover is signed, the equipment is the hirer’s responsibility until collection — damage and loss terms are on the quotation.
If a unit is wrong or does not work at handover, say so there and then. We replace it or take it off the invoice; what we cannot do is fix a situation first reported a week later.
Collection
Equipment is collected when the hire period ends, on the date written on the quotation. The delivery charge you paid already covers this — that is what "round trip" means in the rate.
If it cannot be collected on that date because the event overran or the site is inaccessible, tell us as soon as you can. Extra days are charged as an extension at the same daily rate, not as a penalty.
Changed addresses and failed deliveries
- Address changed 2 or more days before the delivery date: free, though the charge is recalculated if the distance changes, and a revised quotation goes out for you to accept
- Address changed less than 2 days before: the difference in distance is charged at the same rate, and we tell you the figure before setting off
- Nobody available at the address you gave: the vehicle waits 60 minutes, then returns, and the second trip is charged as a new delivery
- An address a vehicle cannot reach: we contact you to agree the nearest workable handover point before the day
