Who controls this data

eproid.com and the services on it are operated by PT Heptamedia Digital Indonesia, trading as Everyday Production, at Jalan Raya Ciawi No. 8B RT/RW 02/06, Kel. Harjasari, Kec. Bogor Selatan, Kota Bogor, Jawa Barat 16138.

For anything to do with your personal data — a question, a correction, or a deletion request — write to marketing@eproid.com. That address reaches the same people who handle bookings, so there is no second desk to get past.

What we collect

We keep only what you give us through the forms on this site, plus a few technical details that arrive with your request. We do not buy data from anyone and we do not scrape it from social media.

Through the consultation form

  • Your name, WhatsApp number, and email
  • Your organisation, if you fill it in
  • The event date, the city, and the venue
  • The event type and your estimate of how many people will attend
  • The budget band you pick
  • What you write about your needs, and any reference links you attach
  • A billing address, city and postcode, if you fill them in
  • The channel you would like us to reply on

Through the rental list and the contact form

  • The units you selected, how many, and the dates you need them
  • The delivery address, city and postcode — required, because equipment has to be delivered somewhere
  • A billing address, where it differs from the delivery one
  • Any note you write about delivery or rigging
  • The name and contact details you enter so we can reply

Alongside your enquiry we record the first page you landed on, the site that referred you if there was one, and any campaign parameters in the URL. Those three tell us which channel actually brings work in; they are not used to identify you.

Your IP address is used briefly to limit how many submissions can come from one source, so our inbox is not flooded by bots. It lives inside a rate-limit counter and is deleted automatically within hours. We do not join it to anything else about you.

What we use it for

  • Answering your question and preparing a quotation
  • Running the work you book, including preparing equipment and crew
  • Issuing quotations and invoices, and keeping them as tax records
  • Contacting you on the channel you chose yourself
  • Measuring how long we take to reply, so we can fix it

The basis for processing is carrying out your request — you filled in a form because you wanted to be quoted — and, for quotations and invoices, our legal obligation to keep financial records.

Cookies, browser storage, and analytics

This site sets no advertising cookies and loads no third-party trackers. There is no Facebook pixel, no Google Analytics, and no third-party script in the page load path.

Three cookies are actually set, all of them functional: a signed marker so you can resume an unfinished consultation form — valid for 30 days, the same life as the draft itself — a language marker so the site stays in the language you chose, and a session cookie that exists only if you sign in to the admin. The rental list you build is held in your own browser storage and is not sent to the server until you press send.

Where we use analytics, what is measured is page and form-step counts with no personal identifiers at all. Names, numbers, emails, and reference numbers never travel with them.

Who we share it with

We do not sell personal data and we do not trade it with anyone. What you send is read by the Everyday Production team handling your job.

Three parties necessarily process some of it because they run the infrastructure: the hosting provider this site and database run on, the email provider that delivers quotations and notifications to your inbox, and WhatsApp — if you choose to reach us there, that conversation is governed by WhatsApp’s privacy policy rather than by this page.

Your rights

Under Indonesia’s Personal Data Protection Law (UU No. 27 of 2022) you may ask for a copy of what we hold about you, ask us to correct anything wrong, ask for deletion, withdraw a consent you gave, and object to how we process it.

Send the request to marketing@eproid.com. Include the WhatsApp number or email you used, or the reference number we gave you — without one of those we cannot tell which record is yours, and guessing would mean opening someone else’s.

One limit: quotations and invoices already issued cannot be deleted before seven years have passed, because both are financial records we are required to keep.

Sending an enquiry does not subscribe you to anything. Consent to marketing is a separate checkbox that is off by default, and you can withdraw it at any time through the address above.

Changes to this policy

If this policy changes, the last-updated date at the top of the page changes with it. Changes that affect how we use data we already hold will be told to you on the channel you chose.
