Refund Policy
Last updated 16 September 2026
This page sets out when money you have paid comes back, how much of it, and how long that takes. It applies to every payment made to Everyday Production, by bank transfer or through the payment methods on the quotation page.
The figures are written here rather than left as "per agreement", because a cancellation is the moment you most need to know where you stand and least want to wait for a reply.
If you cancel
| When you cancel | What comes back |
|---|---|
| 7 days or more before the event date | 100% of what has been paid |
| 3 to 6 days before the event | 50% of what has been paid |
| 2 days before the event, or later | No refund |
The reason the schedule is tiered is straightforward: once your date is locked, that equipment and that crew are not offered to anyone else. The closer to the day, the less chance the slot is filled again, and the deposit covers that loss rather than punishing the cancellation.
What counts is the date we receive your cancellation, not the date we reply to it. A request that arrives on a Saturday evening is dated that Saturday, even if the answer comes on Monday.
Where work has already been partly done — the first day of a two-day shoot, say — the completed part is still invoiced and the remainder is refunded on the schedule above.
If we cancel
Everything you have paid comes back in full, whenever the cancellation happens, deposit included and any delivery charge for a trip that has not yet been made included.
Before it comes to that we will try to substitute: an equivalent unit from our own inventory, or replacement crew from our network. Cancelling on you is a last resort, and a full refund is the standard rather than a negotiation.
If the event moves rather than stops
Postponing is not cancelling and costs nothing, as long as we agree the new date and the equipment and crew are free on it. What you have paid moves across in full.
One postponement is free when asked for 7 or more days before the original date. A second one, or one asked for closer in, is treated as a cancellation and a new booking on the schedule above.
If we cannot cover the new date, that counts as us cancelling: you get everything back.
Ticket queueing
The ticket-queueing service has its own, looser terms: if no ticket is secured, or you secure one yourself first, everything comes back in full, deposit included. The tiered schedule above does not apply to it.
What is not refunded
- A delivery trip that had genuinely already been made when the cancellation arrived
- Work already delivered, such as the files from day one of a two-day event
- Non-recoverable third-party costs with invoice proof
- A damage deposit, to the extent of repairing or replacing a damaged unit; the remainder still comes back
How to ask for a refund
Email marketing@eproid.com with "Cancellation" and your quotation number in the subject, or message the WhatsApp number in the footer. We will still take it by phone, but we will ask for it in writing so the date it arrived is on record.
What to include
- The quotation number (EPQ-…) or enquiry reference (EPR-…)
- The name it was booked under and the name of the event
- The bank account to refund to, and the name on it
- Why you are cancelling (optional, helps us improve)
How long it takes
We confirm your request within 1 working day, and the money is back within 7 working days of the cancellation being approved.
Refunds go by bank transfer to the account you nominate. For payments made by credit card, the issuing bank may take another statement cycle before it shows on yours — that part is outside our control, and we send you our transfer receipt regardless.
If the deadline passes and nothing has arrived, reply on your cancellation email so it stays in one thread, and we will come back with the status and the receipt.
If you disagree with the outcome
Reply on the same email and say which part you think is wrong. The person who answers is the one who handled your booking, not another desk, and we will walk through the arithmetic line by line.
If we still cannot agree, you are free to use the consumer dispute channels available in Indonesia. We do not obstruct that and we do not ask you to waive it as a condition of a refund.
