Terms
- Priority follows the number of tickets requested, ticket availability, and the order in which we receive your details.
- A full 100% refund, deposit included, if no ticket is secured or you have already secured one yourself.
Two things we never do
We never ask for your ticketing account, password, or OTP. Anyone who does — including anyone claiming to be us — is not us.
We never promise a ticket. What we promise is our best effort in the queue, and your money back in full if that effort fails.

On-sale day
We queue, we check out, and we tell you the result immediately.

The ticket is handed over, or everything including the deposit is returned.
